The weird truth I realized after 7M followers 👇 It doesn’t matter: - How consistent you are - How much you engage - Or even when you post Here’s what truly matters if you want to grow on LinkedIn & your business in 2025: 1️⃣ Luck (1%): As much as we don’t want to admit it - luck is involved... But luck on its own is useless unless you also master 👇 2️⃣ Social Proof (9%): People follow based on trust. They trust you to bring them value. No trust = no follow (the best way to earn trust is in the last tip) The next crucial element is: 3️⃣ Branding (20%): - How you speak - What you stand for - How everything looks In a sea of sameness, in a market full of AI faces - you have to be different And don’t forget about this next point... 4️⃣ Positioning (30%): Why should people follow you? No, really - do you have a simple answer to this question? If yes, do you communicate that with your profile and content? And is that answer strong enough? Would people pay $5 to follow you? And lastly, the most important element 👇 5️⃣ Content (40%): Without a doubt, the most important element. No matter how good your branding, positioning and social proof are... If your content sucks, your growth will suck. But what does quality content mean? That’s super subjective. As they say - quality is in the eye of the beholder...
